Calories Burned Calculator介绍

This app will calculate gross and net calories burned based on the following data:

- Average heart rate

- Gender

- Age

- Height

- Weight (pounds or kilograms)

- Fitness level (or VO2 Max if known)

- Activity duration

- Save your results with Activity name in the log for easy tracking

**** IMPORTANT NOTE ****

- This app does NOT use a generalized list of activities.

- This app calculates calories burned based on your average heart rate over a period of time, which is the most accurate method of estimating calories burned.

- If you do not have a way to measure your heart rate, this app is NOT for you.

新特性Really cool new feature in this version. After you've calculated your calories burned, you can save the results in to a log. When you click to "Save to Log", you will be prompted to enter the activity you performed, and it will store the details (Duration, Heart Rate, Calories, etc.) so you can track your progress and gauge how your fitness level is improving.
